What is included?
Towel Services
We provide towels in small, medium, and large sizes for your convenience. You’re welcome to use as many as you need, just drop them off after your workout and we’ll handle the cleaning.
Lockers and Keys
Keys are included when you enter the gym. Our receptionists will help you choose the locker key you prefer, whether it is a higher, lower, or full size locker. If you want to keep the same locker permanently, you can reserve one for an extra fee.
Showers
Showers have unlimited hot water and includes shampoo, conditioner and body soap. You are welcome to use it at any time.
Steam Rooms
Our gym has professional steam rooms in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms. They are a great way to relax after your workout and help with muscle recovery.
Stretching Room
The stretching room is one of the most well equipped areas of the gym. We are the only gym in Montreal with a stretching cage, which helps you warm up every muscle in your body before your workout. We also provide all the yoga equipment you need.
Weight Lifting Area
Our main gym area includes dumbbells from 2.5 lbs to 125 lbs. We offer machines for all muscle groups, two cable stations, bench press stations, squat racks, lat pulldown machines, adjustable benches, cardio equipment, leg press, and much more!
