My name is  Charif Saad  and I am  a Certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping people change their lives, regain control of their physical/mental health, and most importantly, feel great again!

For more than 10 years , I continue to learn and acquire more knowledge in this field while applying my experience and transforming people's lives!

I'm originally from Syria, and I started coaching the world at 17 in my neighborhood gym.


I was doing it out of love and never expected to make a living out of this passion .
