Club Athlétique Sherbrooke May Challenges:

 

  • 200m Row
  • 800m Row
  • 2 mile run
  • 6 mile Bike
  • Max decline bench reps (95lbs, 45lbs)
  • Max Box Jumps in five minutes
  • Max behind the neck shoulder press, Smith
  • Max reps Leg extension (60lbs, 30lbs)

 

 

 

Rules:

  • Must have one of our Staff record your results

  • Everyone will get points

  • Who ever has the most points wins

 

Results will be posted weekly!
